In this paper, on the basis of in-depth study of domestic and foreign advanced seamless knitting underwear machine and full forming knitting technology, this paper focuses on the analysis and research of seamless knitting underwear machine loop mechanism structure principle and knitting process; try to use ADAMS virtual prototype technology, the loop mechanism modeling and mechanism dynamics analysis and motion simulation, the knitting needle and triangular mechanism movement force analysis results: analysis of seamless knitting underwear machine surrounding mechanism application of modern design methods of the effectiveness and necessity: explore the method of design optimization of key loop forming parts. The main contents of the thesis are as follows:
(1) Experimental analysis and research on the existing seamless knitting underwear machine loop triangle system, determine the reasonable loop system process parameters and process conditions, provide accurate process parameters for the modeling analysis of the loop mechanism, and ensure the correctness and practicality of the modeling analysis results.
(2) Analyze and study the structural principle and weaving process of the loop forming mechanism of the seamless knitting underwear machine, study the different needle trajectories and weaving conditions of the loop forming process of the seamless knitting underwear machine, and calculate the key process points of the loop forming mechanism.
(3) The dynamics of the knitting needle and the triangular mechanism is studied, and the ADAMS virtual prototype technology is tried to be used to model the ring-forming mechanism and carry out the dynamic analysis and motion simulation of the mechanism, and the results of the analysis of the movement force of the knitting needle and the triangular mechanism are obtained. To explore the design optimization method of the key loop-forming machine knitting needle and triangle, to model the virtual prototype and verify its feasibility through simulation by combining the parameter optimization function of ADMAS with the stability design of the lowest point of the bending yarn.
(4) In-depth research and analysis of the loop weaving process and conditions of seamless knitting underwear machine, the process conditions and mechanical model of constant tension feeding of elastic yarn: the process conditions and weaving technology of forming knitting mouth, tying mouth; the research of jacquard weaving process, etc., to further improve the reliability of loop weaving of knitting underwear machine.
