Borui Series-BRP20, BRP21,BRT21,BRST21 are single syringe machines with target sewing head devices, which are efficient and stable. Weaving socks, sewing head and turning socks are completed at one time. At the same time of weaving socks, independent sewing head device completes automatic sewing head, saving time, cost and avoiding the damage of manual sewing head to workers' eyesight. This automatic sewing head device is installed on the side of the machine and is equipped with a swing arm. After the socks are woven, the gripper at the front end of the swing arm directly grabs the socks from the loom and transfers them to the sewing head part. The effect is as perfect as that of manual sewing. After sewing, the socks have been turned to the front, and the socks from the machine can go directly to the next ironing process.
